Acceleration Days is a 2 day event for individuals to test their entrepreneurial spirit and shape the insurance market of the future. Participants will have the chance to put their ideas into action using the ‘Lean StartUp’ methodology working with coaches from Allianz X.
Here you will have the opportunity to put that business idea you’ve always wanted to try out to the test – who knows, this could well be a starting point for a new opportunity in your professional career.
Participants will first pitch their ideas on the Thursday night and form teams to work on the best ideas.You will spend Friday and Saturday morning developing your ideas before finishing by presenting your new business model to a panel of Allianz X judges. The exciting opportunity you will have at the Acceleration Days is that if your idea is convincing enough, we could well invite you back to pursue working at the Allianz X.
