preweal sports ROTATOR V3 — 7 questions with Preweal: The Munich startup is developing the “Rotator” with the help of Preweal, a training device for the shoulder that is supposed to map natural movements realistically for the first time. Mynaric — 130-million-euro deal: Rocket Lab has completed the acquisition of the Munich-based Mynaric AG and spent a total of approximately 131 million euros (155 million dollars) in the form of nominal cash payment plus 2,277,002 Rocket Lab shares. The deal is relevant for the space market because Rocket Lab thereby acquires a technology that was previously scarce and difficult to obtain, while also establishing its first European location in Munich.
