Yoummday offers solo freelancers a Work@home operating system that enables them to work in customer service from anywhere in the world. According to the company, its customers include DAX corporations, established e-commerce players, and startups. The startup, founded in 2016, plans to also offer self-developed virtual agents from spring 2025, which will enable fully automated processing of simple tasks.

In spring 2023, Yoummday was able to recruit former Amazon and Zalando manager Jim Freeman to its advisory board. Now the Munich-based company is strengthening its leadership team with Wassilios Arambatzis as its new Chief Sales Officer (CSO). Arambatzis has more than 24 years of experience in developing and scaling Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions and has a proven track record in sales strategy and customer retention. As the new CSO, he will expand Yoummday’s strategic sales initiatives and support the company on its growth path. He reports directly to CEO Klaus Harisch.

Arambatzis’ focus on artificial intelligence and process automation is intended to further strengthen market-wide recognition of the startup’s technological innovation capabilities.

“Pioneering for the industry”

Wassilios Arambatzis, new CSO of Yoummday, says:

“I look forward to putting my experience to the service of Yoummday and further accelerating the company’s impressive growth. The unique combination of innovative technology and a global community of highly qualified talent is pioneering for the industry in making our customers’ business better.”

Klaus Harisch, CEO of Yoummday, adds:

“With Wassilios Arambatzis, we are gaining a leader with an outstanding track record in transforming business processes. His vision and commitment will be crucial in further fulfilling our promise of smart work and maximum flexibility for companies and freelancers.”

From recruitment to payment processing

Yoummday offers a proprietary technology platform that covers all aspects of remote workforce management. This includes modules for recruitment, training, shift scheduling, quality assurance, payment processing, telephony, and AI-powered customer interactions. The platform supports a global network of more than 20,000 freelancers. With the appointment of Wassilios Arambatzis, the Munich-based company aims to strengthen its strategic direction to meet its customers’ growing needs and further consolidate its position as a market leader.
