Heycare has completed an extended seed round and raised around four million euros. Scalehouse Capital leads the financing as lead investor, with Swiss Post Ventures participating as co-investor. With the fresh capital, the company primarily wants to expand its team and respond to the growing demand in the area of operational teams.

According to the company, Heycare’s customers already include companies such as Daimler Truck, Douglas, Vaillant and VW Retail. Founders Anna Schneider and Julia Kahle position their platform as a comprehensive offering for employee assistance and family services.

“We are delighted to have Scalehouse Capital and Swiss Post Ventures, two strategically experienced partners, on our side. As an already profitable company, it was important to us to find investors who share our vision. We deliberately selected partners who can optimally support us in scaling our platform”,

explains Julia Kahle, co-CEO and founder of Heycare.

Scalehouse Capital sees great potential in the Munich startup’s business model. Manuel Böhringer, managing partner at Scalehouse Capital, explains:

“Anna Schneider and Julia Kahle combine a clear vision for the future of employee assistance with impressive execution strength. In a short time, they have built a strong customer base with Heycare and developed a product that creates real added value for companies. At Scalehouse Capital, we are looking forward to accompanying Heycare as lead investor in the next growth phase.”

Holistic health for employees

Heycare was founded in 2022 under the name Heynanny and has since evolved from a specialized care provider to a comprehensive health service provider. The platform now bundles various services related to employee assistance and family support.

The app provides care solutions for children, elderly relatives and pets. This helps employees better balance work and private life. Companies also benefit from reduced downtime.

In addition to care services, Heycare places strong emphasis on mental health prevention. Users have access to training, webinars and anonymous 1:1 consultations with psychologists. Since early 2026, the platform also integrates the sports and wellness network of Urban Sports Club. Corporate customers can use additional offerings around movement and health and create a comprehensive health ecosystem for their employees.
