The Munich logistics startup Everstox and Berlin fintech startup Banxware are cooperating: together they want to offer Everstox customers an innovative form of business financing. Through Banxware’s Banxy platform, Everstox customers will now be able to obtain growth financing online within minutes and repay it later based on revenue.

Everstox offers easy access to warehouse and shipping partners across Europe through its Logistics-as-a-Service (LaaS) approach, including UPS, DHL and DPD. This allows merchants to control their entire logistics with a single cloud software. Fast-growing companies have the opportunity to start easily with one or more fulfillment hubs simultaneously and expand into other European countries without complications. Customers of the Munich startup already using this include Razor Group, Yfood and The Nu Company.

Revenue increases, repayment increases

nnnn

Through the new cooperation with Banxware, Everstox customers can now apply for financing. According to company information, they qualify based on their revenue data without collateral or multi-year documentation. Banxy by Banxware wants to offer financing with transparent cost structure featuring only a pre-agreed fixed fee, with no interest or hidden costs. Disbursement should occur within one business day, and Everstox customers will receive a ten percent discount.

The financing term can be adjusted to six or twelve months depending on the borrowers’ needs. The key feature is that repayment is made from a small portion of revenues, so repayment adjusts to actual sales. When revenue increases, repayment increases – when revenue decreases, repayment also decreases.

“Enabling limitless growth”

Boris Bösch, co-founder and co-CEO of Everstox, says:

“E-commerce brands need the right tools to stay successful long-term. Our goal at Everstox is to enable our customers to grow without limits. With our LaaS platform, they deliver faster and smarter, and can now easily scale their sales measures. We’re excited to now offer our customers this innovative form of growth financing in cooperation with Banxware: tailored to e-commerce brands, the Banxy by Banxware platform allows our customers to focus clearly on their business rather than cashflows.”

And Miriam Wohlfarth, founder of Banxware, is confident:

“In recent years, we’ve seen a strong increase in e-commerce startups. Due to the current crisis, some e-commerce companies are going through difficult times, and despite promising performance, their growth is slowed by lack of liquid funds. At Banxware, we’re passionate about financing small businesses. With Everstox, we now have the perfect partner to offer Everstox customers growth financing in a transparent and innovative way. We’re also pleased that we can enable Everstox to expand its service offering with a flexible financing product.”
