Invoice Converter

Invoice-Converter.com is a Munich-based software service that turns ordinary PDF invoices into standards-compliant electronic invoices. Users upload a PDF, review the automatically extracted invoice data, and download a validated e-invoice in XRechnung, UBL or ZUGFeRD format, typically in about 30 seconds. The output follows the European EN 16931 standard, the basis for the e-invoicing obligation in Germany and other EU countries. The service is built for companies that want to meet these requirements without replacing their existing ERP, accounting or billing software. Typical users are small and medium-sized businesses, freelancers, agencies and accounting teams that receive or send invoices as PDFs and now need a machine-readable, legally valid format for public-sector and business customers.

Settlio

Settlio is a planning tool for moving to Germany. Relocation rarely fails due to a lack of information, but rather because of the sequence: without landlord confirmation (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung) there is no address registration (Anmeldung), without registration no tax ID, and without a tax ID, the wrong tax bracket ends up on the first paycheck. Settlio therefore does not map the relocation as a checklist, but rather as a dependency graph. Users can see at any time which step is blocked, which one is ready, and which one is due next – personalized by nationality, destination city, and residence permit: EU Blue Card, skilled workers under Section 18a/b, Opportunity Card (Chancenkarte), studies, freelance work under Section 21, and family reunification. Each step is given a best-case, an expected, and a delayed date. For twelve high-demand countries of origin, real waiting times at German diplomatic missions are factored into the forecast. Currently covered are Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, and Cologne – each with the relevant local authority, such as the KVR in Munich. The target group includes international skilled workers, students, and families moving to Germany, as well as their employers.

Craftpool

Craftpool is the B2B platform that enables craft businesses to lend each other staff on short notice. If a business has too little work at any given time, it can lend employees to another business facing an acute need for support—and vice versa. In this way, businesses balance out peaks and lulls in orders directly among themselves, entirely without temporary employment agencies and without the usual detours via personal contacts or coincidence. Depending on their current workload, every registered business can act both as a provider of staff and as a seeker. Payment is handled directly between the participating businesses, with Craftpool only receiving a tiered placement fee. The platform was founded by Constantin Pöttinger, 24, himself an electrician from Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn, who knows the problem firsthand from his own day-to-day business. Craftpool is launching across Bavaria in mid-September 2026 and is bootstrapped, meaning it is entirely funded without external investors.

LADS TV is a decentralized digital out-of-home (DOOH) marketplace for Munich and Bavaria. Local advertisers browse real neighbourhood screens on a live map, book time slots, upload creative, and get timestamped proof of play — without media-buying desks or lengthy contracts. Screen owners — cafés, shops, clinics, and venues — list idle displays, keep full control over categories and availability, and earn when advertisers book. offgen is building the Company Brain for PowerPoint. We connect a company’s existing SharePoint structure, approved presentations, individual slides, framework stacks and templates to AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot. When an AI creates or edits a presentation, offgen routes it to the correct company material and provides the rules for using it. This allows consulting firms, banks and enterprise teams to use AI while preserving their institutional knowledge, corporate design and established presentation workflows.
