I am looking for a technical co-founder who wants to build an innovative healthtech startup in the care sector together with me.
I come from the care sector myself and know the daily challenges of caregiving from personal experience—especially the high documentation effort, inefficient processes, and heavy bureaucratic burden.
With AleoCare, my vision is to make work processes in inpatient care facilities and adult day care more efficient using smart software and modern technologies, noticeably reducing the burden on caregivers in their day-to-day work.
The strategic foundation is already in place: the business plan and market analysis are fully developed. In addition, I am currently working on a detailed requirements specification as a basis for technical implementation, which will be refined together.
The first pilot market is expected to be Spain, followed by an expansion into the German market.
I am looking for a technical co-founder who will take ownership of tech and play a leading role in building the software.
Helpful skills would include:
- Backend development & software architecture
- APIs, databases & cloud infrastructure
- SaaS / web platforms
- AI / automation
- Scalable system architecture
To me, technical skills are just as important as an entrepreneurial mindset, reliability, and genuine interest in building something meaningful together for the long term.
This is not a traditional employee role, but a genuine co-founder role with equity.
