We are opening up a new, pivotal position on our team: someone who sees recruiting not merely as a task, but as a craft and a lever for business success. You will take ownership of filling roles across all functions and seniority levels – from subject matter experts to leadership positions – while actively shaping how Talent Acquisition continues to grow structurally and strategically with us.
We are looking for someone who has already made their mark in recruiting – with solid hands-on experience, a clear understanding of the mechanics of great processes, and the ambition to actively shape the function. You navigate confidently between operational excellence and strategic vision, between speed and precision, and between advisory support and standing your ground with stakeholders up to C-level.

What you will achieve
Operational Responsibility
End-to-end ownership of diverse recruiting processes – across different functions, seniority levels, and challenges
Sparring partner for hiring managers, leadership, and C-level – from refining role requirements to the final hiring decision
Structured, competency-based interviewing with high standards for quality and fairness
Active talent sourcing through targeted market engagement
A candidate experience that stands out, even under time pressure
Strategic Ownership
Co-shaping the Talent Acquisition function in close alignment with the Head of – structurally, process-wise, and strategically
Full ownership of the recruiting funnel: defining KPIs, increasing conversion, identifying bottlenecks, and consistently fine-tuning
Building strategic talent pools for profiles in recurring demand
Developing active search strategies
Responsibility for recruiting tools and systems – from selection to optimization
Building external partnerships that make our recruiting more powerful
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Hands-on recruiting experience, ideally across multiple functions and seniority levels
A keen understanding of structured, data-driven recruiting processes and active sourcing
Confidence and strong negotiation skills when dealing with demanding stakeholders up to executive management
The ability to dive deep operationally while maintaining a strategic bird's-eye view
Resilience and a calm head when handling multiple critical searches under pressure simultaneously
An analytical eye for funnels, metrics, and process quality
Reliability, strong advisory skills, and the courage to make tough recommendations
Very good German and English skills
