The Creative Dock Group, according to its own statements the largest corporate venture builder in Europe, is acquiring the venture building unit Mantro Product Studio of the Mantro Group effective April 30th. With this move, the company founded in 2012 aims to strengthen its expertise in end-to-end venture building and consulting for leading organizations.
Mantro Product Studio is a business unit of Munich-based company builder and innovation consultant Mantro. Its customers include, according to its own statements, Vorwerk, Audi, Giesecke+Devrient, LEG, Kuka and Bosch, among others. The unit specializes in developing innovative products and services and their successful market launch.
