With a volume of 225 million euros, Acton VI is Acton Capital’s largest fund to date and brings its total capital to around one billion euros. The investor plans to deploy these funds primarily in startups in the early growth phase, starting from around Series A. Investment amounts will range between three and ten million euros.

“At Acton Capital, we have been committed to the lasting success of our portfolio companies since 1999. Our investment strategy is based on reason and foresight and is less driven by short-term market impulses or current hype. In the current market environment, this approach is more important than ever. A key success factor today – for startups as well as investors – is combining attractive growth profiles with solid margin development,”

says Dominik Alvermann, Managing Partner at Acton Capital.

“With our proven investment approach and experience from five generations of funds, we are well positioned to continue being a strong and reliable partner for our founders.”

Seatti already received funds from Acton Capital’s new fund

Julius Lühr, Principal at Acton Capital, adds:

“Acton Fund VI continues to offer the best approach for founders. We work closely with our portfolio companies to develop growth strategies that always fit their specific situation. In this way, we support each of our companies in reaching their full potential – whether the goal is to become the next unicorn or a hidden champion.”

Acton has already made its first investments from the new fund. Including in a Munich startup: Seatti enables international companies to implement hybrid working models and received three million euros last summer. The funding was completed before the fund’s final closing.
