Holiday rental company Holidu announces the signing of a strategic partnership with Toploc. This collaboration aims to increase bookings for hosts and significantly simplify all rental processes. Toploc provides the Munich startup with its knowledge of the French market and its portfolio. Holidu integrates its white-label solution on Toploc’s website to improve booking conversion rates, expand the selection of properties, and enhance the booking experience overall. However, Toploc remains an independent company.
Johannes Siebers, CEO and co-founder of Holidu, comments:
“The partnership with Toploc provides us with another growth boost on both the host and guest side. Booking processes are significantly simplified for all parties involved. Toploc’s expertise in nature-oriented holidays combined with our technological know-how creates a strong foundation for successful collaboration. Thanks to Toploc, we are now very well positioned to expand and further develop our offering of nature-oriented holiday accommodations.”
Founded in 2022, Toploc has positioned itself in the increasingly popular market segment of holiday accommodations in nature. Today, in collaboration with Holidu, Toploc offers over 80,000 directly bookable holiday rentals in France and over 150,000 directly bookable holiday rentals in Europe.
Siebers explains:
“France is one of Holidu’s most important markets, where we are seeing exponential growth in revenue and bookings. We are pleased to now be able to offer our technological solution even more broadly. Our hosts are very satisfied, and our properties receive excellent ratings.”
Holidu grows in fragmented market
In September last year, Holidu announced a strategic partnership with Sportihome, which specializes in holiday accommodations for sports and nature vacations. Earlier this year, the travel tech company announced the acquisition of holiday rental companies Clubrural and ferienwohnungen.de.
Again, Siebers:
“The holiday rental market is still very fragmented, and for us, partnerships and acquisitions are a great way to continue growing. We have built such deals as a growth engine, so they can now contribute approximately 20 to 25 percent to our property growth in a repeatable and fairly predictable manner. It is equally important to us that all companies are very satisfied with their respective collaborations.”
