Celonis Deutscher Zukunfspreis Siemens
Celonis expands its Series D funding round with an additional 1 billion dollars. With the expanded financing, the startup aims to further strengthen its market position and strategically develop its product portfolio. The 1 billion dollar financing consists of an expansion of the round by 400 million dollars and a revolving credit facility of 600 million dollars from a consortium of global banks. The 400 million dollar investment is led by the Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) and includes new investors such as Activant Capital, Neuberger Berman, Alta Park Capital, and Commonfund Capital. Everdrop: 80 million euros for sustainable cleaning products and personal care: Everdrop has completed a Series B funding round of 80 million euros. The Munich-based manufacturer of plastic-free cleaning and personal care products aims to use the capital to accelerate its expansion. Belgian investor Sofina, a fund from Swiss banking group Lombard Odier, and Triplepoint Capital from Silicon Valley are leading the financing at Everdrop. Existing investors Felix Capital from the UK, HV Capital, and Vorwerk Ventures are also participating in the round. The financing is structured as both equity and debt. (Image: Everdrop)
Ariadnext IDnow Founder European Investment Bank Identity Trust Management
60 million euros for IDnow: IDnow has secured a new credit facility from Blackrock. The financing provides up to 60 million euros in funding. The Munich-based company plans to use the capital for a number of strategic initiatives, including the launch of new identity verification solutions, continuous geographic expansion, and potential acquisitions. Dataguard
61 million euros for Dataguard: Munich-based software-as-a-service startup Dataguard has raised 61 million euros from new and existing investors. Lead investors are Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital from San Francisco and existing investor One Peak from London. Ottonova
Ottonova successfully closes its Series F funding round and raises 34 million euros. Lead investor is Cadence Growth Capital (CGC). For the VC, this is the first investment in the Munich-based insurtech. In addition to CGC, an unnamed Munich single family office and existing investors Earlybird Venture Capital, HV Capital, and Btov Partners also participated in the financing. (Image: Ottonova)
FreewayCamper
Freewaycamper secures 30 million euros: Munich-based camping-travel startup Freewaycamper has secured 30 million euros in equity and debt financing for further development. In addition to existing investors such as the Flix founders, new investors are also participating in Freewaycamper. Rockaway Ventures from Prague is leading the round as lead investor, and Bridge to Growth from Berlin is providing venture debt financing to the startup.
