Plassio solves this exact dilemma. We bring our AI sales agent directly into the merchant’s online shop, bringing conversational commerce to all relevant touchpoints. For example, centrally in the search bar, during product searches or comparisons, or proactively when purchase signals are detected. Plassio understands the most complex customer intentions, has an overview of the entire shop, and proactively guides customers toward purchase completion. It manages the entire sales consultation, displays the right products, and makes targeted cross-sells in a natural dialogue. Even after purchase, Plassio remains the personal point of contact, combining proactive sales and complete customer service in one system. Technically, we combine generative AI with deterministic business logic for factual accuracy without hallucinations, fully customizable in design, behavior, and sales strategy. At the same time, the system learns with every interaction across all shops in the network, becoming even more precise at selling. We connect AI products to the programmatic ad market through OpenRTB, so free users become revenue instead of cost. The formats are native and contextual, placed in moments the interface already has, like the seconds a model spends generating an answer. No banner clutter, no broken experience, brand safe by design. For the AI product it is a few lines of code and a second revenue line next to subscriptions. For advertisers it is access to an audience that has moved out of search and social into AI, in a context that carries the clearest intent signal on the internet. Search had AdWords. Future needs heritage: xleep therefore combines elaborate craftsmanship with an online-first, digitally native business model. We make genuine artisanal quality easily accessible and eliminate brick-and-mortar specialty retailers as gatekeepers from the equation. The target group is high achievers and high performers—people for whom sleep is not a nice-to-have, but a performance tool in high-intensity daily life.
