Clarity Careers replaces gut feeling in recruiting with data-driven decisions. Our AI-powered platform connects European students and graduates with verified companies: not through CVs, but through structured profiles, behavior-based assessments, and personality analyses. Students gain a clear picture of their strengths and fitting career paths, companies find talent that truly matches their role and culture. This way, we reduce mis-hires, shorten time-to-hire, and make potential visible that traditional application processes overlook. Currently, several B2B pilot discussions are underway with companies in the EU, UK, and Switzerland.

DYGITIZED

DYGITIZED is a curated network of 800+ senior digital freelancers that supports companies in the DACH region from eCommerce, manufacturing, healthcare, and SaaS with external expertise in (digital) growth. The focus is on digital roles such as CRM, performance marketing, content, UX/UI, strategy & transformation, AI & automation, tech & development, and product management. Unlike traditional recruiting providers, DYGITIZED® works with its own assessment framework – the SMTC Assessment (Skillset, Mindset, Toolset, Culture). Matching profiles are available within 48 hours, and with the HIGH5 guarantee, new experts are typically on board within five days.
