GOZUBI finds it hard to understand why businesses today train very few skilled workers themselves, instead trying to convince employees through expensive advertisements and recruitment measures. Yet internally trained employees are the key. Apprentices get to know the company during their training, understand the processes of all departments and meet all colleagues, seeing the bigger picture. After being taken on, apprentices become loyal and satisfied employees and often remain faithful to their training company for years. We understand apprentices and recognize their desire for forward-looking training and a training company that suits them. On the other hand, we know the perspective and requirements of training companies for employees and apprentices.
