Instead of paying several percent in commission, they get the tools normally used by professionals at a fixed price. The listing is created once and, depending on the package, published simultaneously on Germany’s major real estate portals and across a partner network. All inquiries from all portals converge in the seller dashboard. Prospective buyers or tenants book viewing appointments themselves, a traffic light system indicates who is a good fit for the property based on voluntary financing and budget details, and documents are shared securely via link. In addition, the platform offers automated price estimates, AI-generated listing copy, a step-by-step sales guide leading up to the notary appointment, and the AI assistant Alex, who is available around the clock to answer questions. Our clients are private property owners throughout Germany, and as of September 2026, private landlords as well.

Adjuvanto

Adjuvanto is an AI-powered platform for sanctions list screening and resolving hits. It is designed for trade compliance teams. Conventional tools only report potential hits. Adjuvanto goes further and investigates each hit before an analyst sees it. The platform first standardizes master data, including spellings from Arabic, Chinese, or Cyrillic. Then it checks them daily against the sanctions lists of the EU, OFAC, the UK, and the UN. It rules out obvious false positives with documented reasoning. For all other hits, it researches online presence, address, and adverse media, providing the analyst with a fully prepared case. The decision is always made by a human. Every decision is automatically documented in an audit-proof manner. Integration with ERP systems takes place via API or batch upload. Our customers are compliance teams in export-oriented companies, such as mechanical engineering, industrial manufacturing, and logistics.
