The outbreak of Covid-19 has led to numerous developments that make the exchange of information within organizations very difficult: In home offices, you can no longer speak directly to colleagues. Writing questions in an email, however, can lead to long wait times, as recipients receive hundreds of them every day. And since intranets have mostly been neglected in recent years, looking up information there is often cumbersome and time-consuming. With our B2B software Zesavi, we set out to create the most engaging knowledge-sharing solution on the market. We enable every employee to easily create short 3-minute video tutorials in a guided and interactive step-by-step process. These videos are then published internally on our knowledge platform and can be quickly shared across enterprise channels such as Slack and Microsoft Teams. With Zesavi, our customers increase employee productivity through quick access to information, retain critical knowledge within the company, and establish a modern and digital corporate culture. Our use cases include – scalable onboarding process for employees, – faster rollout of new software and processes – fewer IT service tickets – more personal corporate communication in times of remote work – personalized online marketing Our team consists of 2 founders, trained at TUM and MIT, as well as 3 software developers and 3 marketing & sales employees. Our platform is already being used successfully by over 1000 users to share internal company knowledge.
