Firmenbetreuung — **How Munich’s company support helps solve location-related challenges:** Munich’s economic development department has a central contact, consultation and service center for businesses facing location-related problems: company support. The biggest challenge for Munich companies? Finding offices and space for production, laboratories, or workshops. However, company support helps businesses with other challenges too. For example, when cooperation with the administration in employment and residency law matters doesn’t run as smoothly as companies would like. Our interview partner Stefan Murner, head of company support at Munich’s economic development, has been advising companies since the department for labor and business was established in the early 1990s and answers our questions.
