2NA FISH
Place 1: With the win at the Munich Startup Awards 2024, 2NA Fish secures first place in our startups of the month for July. The Munich startup convinced the Munich Startup Awards jury with its idea to revolutionize therapy decisions in cancer treatment. The startup’s platform technology is designed to enable precise and predictable diagnoses for cancer therapy, based on spatial analysis of gene activity. In addition to a trophy, 2NA Fish received prize money of 10,000 euros as part of the competition. And now also secures first place in our monthly selection. (Photo: 2NA Fish)
Allo
Place 2: Also on the podium this month is Allo. Founded in 2020, the startup wants to help restaurants with their digitalization. To do this, the Munich company offers restaurant owners a digital end-to-end operating system for their establishments. The solution is designed to enable them to make their processes more efficient and also optimize their business operations. Ultimately, this is intended to increase their revenue. With this approach, the restaurant SaaS startup was also able to successfully complete a seed financing round of 4.6 million euros (5 million dollars) this month. (Photo: Allo)
one3
Place 3: Third place in July goes to One3. The Munich startup wants to build innovative and smart convenience customer lounges at charging parks for electric cars and thus design the charging points as customer-friendly as possible and increase the comfort of the stay. One3 offers a full-service package for this: The company designs and builds not only the lounges but also the charging stations themselves and manages the locations operationally. An exciting idea that catapults the Munich startup to third place in our startups of the month for July. (Photo: One3)
Driverhero Workerhero
Place 4: With a financing announcement, Workerhero also makes it to this monthly list. The Munich startup – formerly known as Driverhero – was able to secure four million euros in its Series A. With the fresh capital, Workerhero wants to expand into new industries, among other things. The company was founded in 2021 by Richard Fischer, Steven Miller, Michael König, and Emanuel Wernitz to address the shortage of skilled workers. Using AI-powered sourcing and matching, the platform aims to bring companies together with suitable candidates. (Photo: Workerhero)
Alrighty
Place 5: Good coffee can be found on almost every corner in major cities like Munich these days. What many coffee drinkers are not aware of: The industry behind it is largely unfair and faces a number of structural challenges. Alrighty wants to tackle this and therefore sources its beans in an ecologically, economically, and socially responsible manner – and promotes diversity in the industry with its caretrade philosophy. An approach that has also generated considerable interest among our readers and secures fifth place for the young company in our startups of the month for July. (Photo: Alrighty)
