As a Founders Associate, you will work directly with us, gain deep insights into all business areas, and actively help shape our growth on an operational level.

We are looking for someone who is excited about sales operations, marketing experiments, and execution (including social media content creation), tests our UX, and writes tickets for dev. Don't worry: not everything at once! We will shape the learning curve together :)
About us
BauByte is a ConTech startup funded by AI NATION and EXIST. The three founders Emil Henking, Leo Noll, and Chris Höllerer combine a strong construction background (architecture & civil engineering) with digital product development and machine learning. In 2026, BauByte won 1st prize at the startup competitions of DigitalBAU in Cologne and HeroCon in Dortmund.

Mission
Our computer vision-based building analysis tool makes life easier for scaffolders, painters, plasterers, and architects. Our impact: reducing CO₂ emissions by increasing the renovation rate. The construction sector is responsible for around 38% of global greenhouse gas emissions.
