You love social media, have creative ideas, and want to create content that really makes a difference? Then you've come to the right place!

We are The Ocean Package – an innovative startup developing sustainable reusable solutions to reduce single-use packaging and conserve resources. With Ocean Move, we are also bringing the reusable principle to the moving industry: reusable moving boxes instead of single-use cardboard boxes.

Our vision is to make sustainable alternatives the standard. For this, we are looking for you: a creative, motivated individual eager to develop our brands on social media, tell compelling stories, and actively help shape our entire media presence.

🚀 Your tasks:

You turn our ideas into exciting content and our brands into real experiences. In doing so, you will support both The Ocean Package and Ocean Move and ensure that our topics reach the right target audience.

Content Creation: You develop creative ideas for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
Video & Reels: You conceptualize, shoot, and edit reels, short videos, and behind-the-scenes content.
Social Media Management: You support the planning, creation, and publication of our posts and stories.
Storytelling: You bring our products, our team, and our vision to life through authentic stories.
Brand Building: Together with us, you further develop the social media presence of The Ocean Package and Ocean Move.
Trends & Ideas: You spot current social media trends and implement them creatively for our brands.
Community Management: You interact with our community, answer questions, and bring in new impulses.
Marketing & Campaigns: You support creative marketing campaigns, collaborations, and the communication of our new products.
Media Presence: You help present our brands professionally, authentically, and consistently beyond social media as well.
Performance & Learnings: You analyze which content performs well and use those insights to develop new ideas.

🎬 What you bring to the table:

You have a feel for social media, trends, and good storytelling.
You are creative, like to try out new formats, and think beyond the standard post.
You enjoy shooting videos, editing reels, and producing content yourself.
You know your way around Instagram and ideally have initial experience with TikTok, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
You work independently, contribute your own ideas, and like to roll up your sleeves.
You are excited about taking on responsibility and trying new things in a dynamic startup environment.
You are interested in sustainability, innovation, and future-oriented business models.

A plus would be:

Initial experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or comparable software.
A flair for visual language, design, and brand communication.
Experience with photography, videography, or planning social media content.

You don't need to be a pro yet. Much more important to us are your creativity, your motivation, and your willingness to learn new things.
