Why we exist
A good hardshell shouldn't end up in the trash just because a zipper is broken. Yet that is exactly what often happens because repair and service are too inconvenient for customers and too expensive for brands.
simplysolve is changing that. We build software that enables outdoor and sports brands as well as retailers to handle repairs, warranty claims, and service requests simply and cost-effectively. Our goal: We want to become the standard through which all service inquiries in the outdoor industry run.
Your role
You make sure we get noticed. Together with the founding team, you build our presence on LinkedIn, plan content and campaigns, and execute them—often together with our partner brands and retailers. You won't be handed a finished editorial calendar; you'll build it yourself.
Your tasks
You plan content and campaigns and maintain an editorial calendar that is actively lived
You write, design, and publish posts on LinkedIn for the company page and support the founders with their own posts
You are active on LinkedIn: You comment, network, and keep the conversation going with the community and our partners
You plan joint campaigns with partners (e.g., repair initiatives, case studies, or industry events) and coordinate with them
You look at what works and what doesn't, and draw conclusions from it
Bonus: You build out our blog on the website and write articles about repair, circular economy, and after-sales in the outdoor industry
Who we are looking for
You are an enrolled student, e.g., in marketing, communications, media, business administration, sustainability, or something completely different
You love being outdoors and know the outdoor industry, its brands, and its language—or you're eager to learn it
You enjoy writing and write well, to the point, and with your own voice
You experiment with AI tools and know where they truly help: research, ideas, variations, workflows. But you also notice when text sounds machine-generated and won't let that slide
You work independently, stay on track, and don't need anyone to remind you of your posting schedule
Nice to have: initial experience with LinkedIn content (even personal), Canva/Figma, HubSpot, or a CMS
What to expect
Real responsibility: You build our marketing channel almost from scratch
Direct collaboration with the founding team, short communication paths, and quick feedback
Contact with well-known outdoor brands and retailers
Freedom to experiment, including with new formats and AI workflows
Flexible scheduling that fits around your studies
A product that ensures gear lasts longer
Fair pay as a working student
