Munich Startup: What does your startup do? What problem does Aicx solve?
Tyrel Gidinski, Aicx: Aicx is a Munich-based company for AI software solutions. We combine our deep consulting expertise with our Hyper-Agent platform HEART (=Hyper Engine for Agents, Resources and Tools), enabling companies to consistently advance their digital transformation. Our agents, equipped with thousands of skills, can be integrated across industries into existing workflows and autonomously take on routine tasks – whether via text, voice, or avatar – while seamlessly connecting to CRM (Customer Relationship Management), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), and HR systems (Human Resources Management).
In doing so, we solve strategic gaps, provide a clear roadmap for prioritizing AI use cases, and master integration complexity as well as scaling and infrastructure challenges. At the same time, our privacy-compliant architecture, audit trails, and governance rules ensure that security and compliance are guaranteed at all times. Through our focus on intuitive, human-centered interactions and comprehensive support, we ensure that employees not only use our solutions but also truly integrate them into their daily work. This leads to tangible productivity gains, cost savings, and continuous innovation.

The difference from existing AI offerings
Munich Startup: But that already exists!
Tyrel Gidinski: Of course, there are now several providers who also talk about AI agents. But most of them are essentially open-source components or do-it-yourself kits that require companies to bring their own expertise and significant resources. At Aicx, we’ve discovered that real acceptance and sustainable success only occur when agents not only work technically but are also fun and build relationships – like a trusted colleague. Our HEART agents come equipped with thousands of pre-trained skills from the start and continuously evolve. They interact so human-like that employees enjoy working with them, learning from them, and remembering funny aha moments. At the same time, they deliver outstanding performance in the background.
Furthermore, we seamlessly connect this human interface with integrative interfaces to various systems, small workflow tools, and communication channels. Our agents not only access internal company data but also leverage external market and competitive information to generate reports and identify opportunities. This all-in-one package of technology, full-service integration, and adoption expertise didn’t exist in this form before – until now with Aicx.
Munich Startup: What’s your founding story?
Tyrel Gidinski: When David Rizek, Maurice Berninger, and I founded Aicx in early 2024 as a strategic consulting boutique, our focus was not only on quickly implementing the first generative AI projects (=generative AI, ed. note) in the mid-market, but also on our way of leading and working together from the start. Through close dialogue with our customers, it became clear that a purely technical solution without holistic integration and human-centered support is insufficient. Within just a few months, we therefore merged our consulting expertise with our own software development and created HEART, our hyper agent. In doing so, it was important to us to create a working environment where passionate, values-driven colleagues from diverse backgrounds grow together on our vision. This ensures that we not only deliver first-class products but also stay together as a team long-term and continue to develop.
On challenges and growth
Munich Startup: What have been your biggest challenges so far?
Tyrel Gidinski: For us, two major challenges have been decisive so far. First, we’ve operated as a purely self-financed company from the start and had to ensure we remain profitable at every step – a permanent tension between smart growth and solid business management. Second, we had to position our AI product HEART in the market in such a way that we create real added value while maintaining our consulting DNA. We had to fight against exaggerated marketing hype and false expectations to build sustainable trust with our customers and clearly communicate the difference between genuine value and mere euphoria. These two aspects have challenged us greatly and continue to do so today.
Munich Startup: Where do you want to stand in one year, and in five years?
Tyrel Gidinski: We’re very pleased that we’re currently achieving seven-figure annual revenue while remaining comfortably profitable. We’re currently supporting 15 active enterprise customers from mid-market and large companies across various industries. Over the next year, we’ll significantly expand our team, as demand for our HEART platform is steadily increasing – both for new projects and for further developing existing solutions. At the same time, we’re focused on continuing to grow our customer base. This allows us to tap efficiency potential, optimize cost factors, and continuously push the performance limits of our agents.
In five years, we want to continue doing what we love: supporting companies on their transformation journey with our humanized AI hyper agents. At the same time, we expect that technology and customer requirements will have evolved by then – from classic machine learning to generative AI, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic models, through to innovations we can’t yet foresee. We’re excited to tackle this next wave of the AI revolution with passion and curiosity and to lay the foundations today for products that will be in use in five years. Our goal is to continue creating genuine added value for our employees, customers, and investors and to continue inspiring with our products through “wow” effects.
Munich as a springboard
Munich Startup: How have you experienced Munich as a startup location so far?
Tyrel Gidinski: Munich is an ideal location for us – here a strong startup ecosystem meets the innovation power of large industrial and mid-market companies. We benefit from the excellent skilled workforce, renowned universities, and the broad network of investors and events. At the same time, we also feel the growing competition for talent and the high costs that pose a challenge especially for young companies.
An additional bonus: a day trip to the mountains for creative inspiration, fresh air, and exercise always gives us new ideas and energy. Overall, we highly appreciate Munich – the combination of creative dynamism, solid economy, and immediate proximity to the Alps provides exactly the environment in which we can grow Aicx and continue to advance our vision.
Munich Startup: Quick exit or long game?
Tyrel Gidinski: I hope that everyone in this industry who drives real growth and sustainable value creation for employees and companies is willing to bring a long-term perspective to it – almost like an extended autumn, in which ideas ripen and relationships grow. How long this “autumn” ultimately lasts depends on technological advances, people’s needs, and the development of our customers.
What’s important is that we’re not focused on short-term gains, but on long-term success where we continuously learn, develop, and create genuine value together with our team, our partners, and our customers.
