Werk1 continues to grow: In the Stadtsparkasse München building on Friedenstraße, Werk1 has opened its Werk1 Startup Hub across five floors with over 3,300 sqm. The brick building at Munich’s Ostbahnhof is within walking distance to Werk1.4. Werk1’s original home in the now heritage-protected industrial high-rise will undergo a core renovation over the coming years.
nnnnSince June 2023, the doors of Werk1 Coliving have been open to its new residents. The living concept includes 63 modern apartments that offer everything you need to live in a compact space. The entire new building spans over 10,000 square meters and houses, in addition to the apartments, further offices, event and meeting spaces, a new coworking area, and a café. The central location in Werksviertel-Mitte also provides direct access to Werk1’s entire infrastructure.
