We love the shared office concept and from 01.01.2024 we have some space again: We are renting out up to 10 workstations in a bright, separated area. We share our fully equipped loft kitchen, the sanitary facilities and of course our start up spirit in a family atmosphere.
The office is modern, very open and a quiet, in a motivating and inspiring working environment where each party has its own visually separate area. It’s in a very central location with many restaurants, the Viktualienmarkt as well as the Isar river, providing plenty of variety for creative breaks or lunch breaks.

Facts:

From January 2024 up to 3 years (extension optional, flexible notice period possible)
Up to 10 equipped workstations (tables, chairs)
Meetingroom available
Total price 2,500 € net for the whole area with all 10 workstations - including service charges, electricity, heating, cleaning, use of kitchen, coffee & tea flat rate
Rental price: 299 € net per workstation
Dogs allowed

Less than a 10 minute’s walk to Marienplatz, Viktualienmarkt or the Isar river
Perfect connections to public transport (Isartor S-Bahn, U-Bahn at Marienplatz, tram, bus)

We are FreewayCamper an emerging startup from Munich with the vision of digitalizing the camping market. Since March 2020, we have been offering a platform for camping trips, where we enable the booking of fully equipped campers and motorhomes in just a few simple and completely digital steps.
