As Founders Associate you will work directly with the founders
of ARNELL, playing an important role in the operational
as well as strategic processes of the company. This offers you
an unique opportunity to gain insights into decisions at the
highest level.
• Assist in the formulation and execution of business strategies
• Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic decisions
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Manage and oversee key projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operation of daily activities
• Implement and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices
• Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
• Lead and contribute to special projects as assigned by the founders

• High degree of professionalism and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with focus on PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• A Master’s degree is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role, consulting, or in a startup environment
• Ability to adapt quickly, propose innovative solutions, and learn new skills
